• Deposit Requirements: Nightly reservations require a one-night deposit, while monthly stays need a $100 non-refundable deposit.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 3 pm and check-out is required by noon. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
• Visitor Fees: Guests visiting campers can enter for a fee of $5 per person per day.
• Cancellation Policy: There is a $10 cancellation fee if canceled 7 or more days in advance; cancellations made less than 7 days prior forfeit deposits.
