Accommodation Features
The cabin features a cozy 12×14-ft. layout and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes:
- 2 single bunks and 2 double bunks
- A table with benches for dining
- A cooking counter for meal preparation
- Food storage amenities
- Wood stove for heat
- An outhouse located nearby
Access and Accessibility
Accessing the cabin is an adventure in itself, with options to reach it via float plane or canoe, depending on conditions. The cabin is located about 100 yards from the serene lake shore and can be difficult to access in fall, winter, and early spring due to a frozen lake surface. Helicopter access is illegal as the cabin lies within a designated Wilderness Area.

Manzanita Lake Cabin serves as an excellent base for outdoor experiences, including:
- Fishing: The lake is abundant with cutthroat trout, Dolly Varden, and kokanee salmon.

Please note that hunting for Sitka black-tailed deer and black bear is permitted with a proper permit.
