Welcome to The Springer RV Park & Campground, a charming and tranquil retreat nestled just under three miles from downtown Palmer, Alaska. Set in the picturesque historic agricultural district, our small but inviting campground offers 34 well-appointed spots, providing guests with breathtaking views of majestic Pioneer Peak amidst rolling fields of potatoes, carrots, barley, and hay.

The Springer is surrounded by nature’s beauty, featuring a serene backdrop of towering mountains and active farmland. The scenic roads meandering through the area present opportunities for exploration, while the nearby Palmer airport offers an exciting spectacle of aircraft taking off and landing during the day, providing enjoyment for aviation enthusiasts.

Amenities & Facilities

Our campground is equipped with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

• Full Hookup Options: Multiple site types available that cater to various needs, accommodating lengths from 24 to 95 feet.
• Restroom Facilities: Clean and accessible restrooms are available for all campers.
• Shower Facilities: Enjoy refreshing showers for just $5 each.
• Laundry Services: Convenient laundry facilities for $5 per load.
• Community Fire Pit: Gather around our community fire pit and grill available daily from 8 am to 10 pm for a cozy evening under the stars.

Camping Sites

Our camping sites are designed to suit varied preferences:

• Back In FULL HOOKUP
• Back In NO SEWER
• Pull Thru FULL HOOKUP
• Flat terrain and ample space: Sites range from cozy and intimate to spacious for larger RVs.

Family & Pet Policy

The Springer is proud to be a family-friendly campground, although we do not have a dedicated kiddie playplace. Families can enjoy the natural surroundings together, fostering memorable experiences.
We are also pet-friendly; however, a pet deposit is required, and pets must be leashed at all times during your stay.

Operating Season

Please note, The Springer RV Park & Campground will be open from May 2nd to September 7th, 2025. Reservations for the 2025 season will commence on January 1st, with the opportunity to subscribe to our email reminder list for timely notifications on booking openings.
