White Elephant Camp

The camp is in the Carpathians, near the Dniester, and the website highlights several White Elephant / White Bison locations in these regions. For the mountain hut “Bilyi Slon Gadzhyna,” it is at 1,100 m above sea level near Mount Shpytsi and Mount Rebra.

Depending on the location, guests can stay in cozy rooms, mountain hut rooms, tents, or a self-contained bungalow. In Gadzhyna, there are 3-, 4-, and 6-bed rooms, and in Hmelyova there are rooms in the house, tent terraces, and an auto-camping area.

Meals can be ordered in advance. The camps offer set menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there is also a self-service kitchen in some locations. Special dietary requests are mentioned for guests with specific needs.

The camps are focused on active nature отдых: hiking in the Carpathians, rafting on the Chornyi Cheremosh, Dniester river trips, cycling, cave outings, and guided mountain walks. In winter, the Gadzhyna base also offers ski touring and related mountain trips.

Depending on the camp, guests can use a sauna, a hot tub, a dining room with a fireplace, self-service kitchen facilities, and equipment rental. In Hmelyova, there is also parking, and for water trips the camp offers boats and gear rental.
