• Variety of Accommodations: Little Mountain Marina provides several rental options, including two-bedroom cottages, one-bedroom cottages, and two-bedroom house trailers. Weekend or holiday getaways can be particularly enjoyable in these cozy rentals.
• Swimming Pool: Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool during the warmer months, ideal for families to spend quality time together. An indoor pool is also available, but it closes during January and February.
• Laundry Facilities: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located near the bathhouse for your convenience.
• Quiet Hours: Guests can rest easy, as quiet time is enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Rates & Reservations

The resort has competitive pricing with a nightly campsite fee of $45.00 for motor homes, travel trailers, pop-ups, or tents (please note that tents are not allowed on full hookup sites). For those looking to stay longer, monthly rates are available at $600.00 for non-members and $400.00 for members. There is a two-month minimum stay during holiday periods including Memorial Day and the Fourth of July.

To secure your preferred spot, reservations are highly recommended. A deposit equal to the first night’s rent is required at the time of booking. Holiday reservations often fill up quickly, and a three-night minimum stay may apply during peak seasons.

Camping Guidelines

All guests must adhere to the resort’s guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Key policies include:

• Check-in time for rental units is 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
• No pets are allowed in rental units.
• Garbage must be placed in plastic garbage bags and disposed of in designated dumpsters.
• Site selection is flexible; however, during peak periods, restrictions may apply regarding the types of camping units allowed.
• Parking for boat trailers is available in designated areas near the marina.
