• Pet-Friendly Atmosphere: Our community warmly welcomes furry companions, with plans for a dog park currently under construction.
• Nature Trails & Hammock Groves: Stroll through our nature preserve, unwind in a hammock, or fish in our tranquil pond.

• Water, Sewer, Trash, and WiFi: Included in your stay, allowing you to focus on enjoying your time here. Electric is individually metered.
• Community Garden: Take part in our botanical journey with over 40 fruit trees, tropical botanicals, and a flourishing pollination field.
• Convenient Location: Just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and shopping, ensuring easy access to everything the Coastal Bend has to offer.
• Short-Term and Long-Term Parking: Catering to travelers looking for just a weekend getaway or a longer retreat.

• Quiet Hours: We observe designated quiet hours from Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 7 AM, and Friday to Saturday, 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring a serene environment.
• Fishing and Swimming: Enjoy swimming and fishing at your own risk in our community pond, with fishing set to catch and release for the first three years.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Join us in our gardening efforts! We always welcome help in maintaining our botanical oasis.
