Location and Access

Ambury Park Campground can be easily accessed by navigating from the park’s entrance to the designated camping area. Visitors are encouraged to follow the metal road, which meanders through a working farm setting before reaching the campground. The main park gates are open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM during daylight savings, and from 6 AM to 7 PM during non-daylight saving months, allowing for flexible entry times.

Picnic Areas: Several barbecues and picnic tables are conveniently located within the campground, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Camping Facilities: The campground features ten hardstands available on a first-come, first-served basis, suitable for a variety of camping setups including tents, caravans, and motorhomes.
Restroom Facilities: Clean toilets are available nearby, enhancing the convenience of your stay.
Waste Disposal: Although there are no rubbish bins or disposal facilities, campers are encouraged to take all rubbish and recycling with them upon departure.
Water Supply: Please note that there is no potable drinking water on-site. It is advisable to boil water for at least three minutes before use if needed.
Access Control: A combination code will be provided upon booking for unlocking the campground gate.

Booking Information

Reservations for the Ambury Park Campground can be made online, with availability updating daily at midnight. Be aware that bookings can only be made up to six months in advance. The campground operates year-round, but services are limited from June 3 to September 28.

Camping Regulations

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, there are established rules to follow:

No pets are allowed on the campground premises.
Fires are prohibited at all times to maintain safety in the natural environment.
Group bookings are restricted based on the season, with a maximum of 30 people allowed from February 1 to December 16, and only 10 people from December 17 to January 31.
Guests must keep their camping area clean and tidy throughout their stay.
