Amenities

• Camping Facilities: With 61 campsites situated within two loops (Magnolia and Dogwood), the campground is suitable for both tents and RVs. • Cabins: Enjoy a unique stay in one of the 15 cabins in the developed group camp, which can accommodate varying group sizes from 4 to 10 guests. The cabins feature necessary amenities and access to shared facilities.
• Restroom and Shower Facilities: Two bathhouses are available, providing hot showers and restrooms to enhance your camping experience.
• Accessibility: The park features accessible cabins, campsites, and amenities, including fully equipped dining and recreation halls, ensuring everyone can enjoy the beauty of the park.

• Hiking and Biking: Explore the park’s 11 miles of multi-use trails that connect to an additional 35 miles at River Rise Preserve State Park. Trails vary in difficulty, providing options for all skill levels.

Group Camping

Fees and Reservations

Camping is available for a nominal fee of $18 per night plus tax, excluding additional fees for utility services for cabins and RVs. Discounts are available for Florida residents aged 65 and older, as well as for those holding a disability award certificate.

Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance, with a nonrefundable reservation fee required.

Educational Opportunities

Visitors are encouraged to participate in educational programs that include interpretative walks and nature exploration. The park’s nature center, open Friday through Sunday, offers additional insights into local wildlife and ecosystems.
