• Community House: Perfect for group gatherings, this facility is available for reservations, providing a great spot for socializing with friends and family.
• Group Area: Similar to the Community House, this area is designed for group use and requires reservations.
• Hiking Trails: Explore the several hiking trails that wind through the park, suitable for various skill levels.
• Climbing Routes: A climber’s paradise, boasting over 250 bolted climbing routes and an emerging beginner’s area.
• Horse Shoe Pits: A fun activity for families and groups to enjoy during their stay.

Visitor Guidelines

Your safety and enjoyment are priorities at Rifle Mountain Park. To ensure a pleasant experience, note the following guidelines:

• Animal Policy: Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Fire Regulations: All campfires must be contained within fire rings. Be aware that fires may be restricted during Red Flag Warning days.
• Activities Restrictions: No ATVs, hunting, shooting, fireworks, or loud music is permitted within park boundaries.
• Waste Disposal: Proper disposal of trash is mandatory; glass containers are not allowed in the park.
• Speed Limit: Keep a safe speed of 20 mph while driving within the park.

Fees

Rifle Mountain Park operates on a fee-based system:

• Camping Fee: $30 per night, which includes a day pass. A reduced fee of $20 is available for those with a valid annual pass.
• Day Pass: $10 per vehicle, ensuring access to all park facilities.
• Annual Pass: Offers various pricing options to accommodate repeat visitors.

Hours & Reservations

The park’s camping spots and facilities, including the Community House and Group Area, require reservations in advance. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment.
