Situated in the idyllic setting of Telscombe Village, Lewes, East Sussex, Stud Farm offers a unique camping experience on a historical mixed organic farm. Nestled within an area of outstanding natural beauty, this campsite provides breathtaking views of the South Downs and the sea, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.

Camping Features

Stud Farm Camping specializes in eco-friendly experiences with a focus on minimalistic comforts. The site caters exclusively to TENTS and SMALL CAMPER VANS (up to 6 meters), ensuring a peaceful atmosphere free from the noise of motorhomes and caravans. Each camping pitch is available for a minimum stay of two nights.

Comfortable Bell Tents: Experience glamping in our beautifully furnished bell tents, designed with a boho style and equipped with comfortable bedding, cushions, and blankets.
Camp Amenities: Basic facilities include 4 flushing toilets, and 2 warm water showers (not hot). There’s a cold drinking water tap and a washing-up area, creating a simple yet welcoming environment.
Fireside Gatherings: Each pitch comes with access to a fire pit and BBQ. Fuel is available for purchase to enhance your outdoor cooking experience.
Pet-Friendly: Stud Farm welcomes dogs, allowing up to two per tent, fostering a family and pet-friendly atmosphere.

Farm Fresh Produce

As a working farm, Stud Farm takes pride in its organic produce. Guests can purchase a variety of farm-reared meats, including:

Lamb and Pork: Enjoy high-quality cuts and specialty sausages such as minted lamb burgers and gluten-free pure pork Cumberland sausages, all sourced from the farm.
Fresh Eggs: Small cartons of free-range eggs can be ordered for just £2.50 per half dozen, ensuring your breakfast is as fresh as can be.
Breakfast and BBQ Hampers: Various hampers are available for pre-order, showcasing our farm’s produce and making mealtime convenient and delicious.

Unique Experiences

Make your stay memorable by participating in unique activities such as:

Alpaca Walks: Enjoy a one-hour walking experience with our friendly alpacas, offering stunning views and photo opportunities, available on weekends.
Themed Bell Tents: Choose from a selection of themed bell tents such as the Wild West and Indian Summer, each offering a distinct decor and ambiance.

Booking Information

Stud Farm operates with a flexible booking system, requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reserving your stay, with the remaining balance due one month prior to arrival. Pitches are priced at £25 per night for up to two people, with additional charges for extra guests.

Check-in time begins at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We encourage guests to book in advance, especially for themed tents and exclusive field hire for family gatherings.

Getting Here

Located just a 30-minute walk from the seafront and in close proximity to Brighton, access to the campsite is easy. However, please follow specific routes recommended for safety to avoid bumpy tracks that may damage your vehicle.
